Flex charts are bases on Flex framework, its axis labels can be added and removed as the chart size is changed，which is Flash chart frameworks can't do, but it also make the swf very bigg.
AnyChart, FusionCharts and amCharts, they are neither total Flash chart frameworks nor complete open sources, so further development will be worsethey. But they are based on Flash and XML, so they are very flexible to deploy.
YUI Charts support Adobe Flash Extension,so it's more convenient to develop in Flash.
